🌿 What to Expect
Each session in our introductory meditation class offer is a private, 1:1 half-hour class designed to help you relax, focus, and understand meditation at your own pace.
Class 1: Discover Calm
We’ll begin by discussing any current challenges or goals you’d like to address. You’ll learn about our unique meditation method and its benefits, then practice how to bring up and reflect on inner pictures. This session helps you find stillness, even amid a busy or restless mind.
Class 2: Deepen Awareness
In this session, you’ll explore remembered thoughts and experiences from the first half of your life and see how they have shaped who you are today. This deeper reflection brings greater self-awareness and emotional insight.
Class 3: Build Consistency
Here, we’ll reflect on the second half of your life and learn how to understand, heal, and release lingering memories. You’ll discover the importance of letting go and how it opens the way for lasting peace of mind.
At the end, we’ll create a short daily meditation routine tailored just for you, so you can continue your practice with confidence and ease. You’ll also receive guidance on next steps for ongoing meditation classes, followed by a brief Q&A.
Each class is personal, encouraging, and adapted to your needs—no experience necessary. You’ll finish the series feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
