For more than ten years, I’ve been guiding others through meditation to find healing, peace, and clarity.

My approach is rooted in empathy, presence, and a deep understanding of what it means to face inner struggles. Like many, I’ve walked through my own challenges—unresolved wounds, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and sleep issues. Through meditation, I’ve found tools that helped me heal and grow, and now I’m passionate about sharing those tools with others. In each session, I strive to create a calm, supportive space where you can reconnect with your inner peace and discover the wholeness that’s already within you.
