I specialize in helping individuals manage stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and sleep issues. Additionally, I focus on addressing productivity challenges, maintaining focus, dietary concerns, and overall health and fitness goals.
My journey into becoming a meditation instructor really started because of some tough times I went through when I was younger.
Despite trying to keep up this image of having it all together, I was really struggling with some heavy feelings.
➔ Every night was a bit of a battle because I’d lie awake, thinking about everything from the day and worrying about what was coming tomorrow. Eventually, when I did manage to doze off, I’d often have these nightmares that left me feeling totally drained and jittery when I woke up.
➔ Dealing with all of that took up a big chunk of my day. I found myself avoiding conversations with family, friends, and even coworkers sometimes, just to steer clear of anything that might make me feel worse.
➔ All that stress and anxiety really took its toll on me. I’d either get super controlling or just shut down completely, which definitely wasn’t great for my relationships.
➔ And to top it all off, I started feeling like I didn’t deserve love or success. It got pretty dark, and I thought about maybe needing some medication to help me through it.
As time went on, I figured out how crucial it is to find happiness from within. That’s why I started exploring spirituality, especially meditation.
When I stumbled upon the self-reflection meditation method, it was like a lightbulb moment – instant relief and the hope of long-lasting happiness. I decided to give it a shot for a month, and I’m so glad I did!
Now, 15 years later, I’m bursting with happiness and gratitude. And you know what? I’m super excited to share this amazing journey with others and help them find their own path to lasting fulfillment.
