Emily started seeking happiness and the meaning of life at a young age, after losing a parent. She always strove to be kind and humble, but it seemed like an unattainable quest.
After two decades of fruitless effort, she accepted the meaninglessness of life, while still keeping her mind open. Coincidentally, she found the meditation method in 2009. The method helped her find true happiness and the true meaning of life.
She became a full-time meditation guide soon afterward, leaving her research job at a cancer institute so that she could help people live happier lives.
