All of our sessions begin with a brief introduction to the purpose and premise of meditation. This is followed by a guided visualization of “throwing away” the recurring images that replay in our mind and cause stress and anxiety. You will learn how to clear and quiet your mind at any time with this simple practice. At the end, there will be time for reflection and discussion to share your experiences and address any questions.
