As we navigate through this unprecedented global crisis, we invite you to our special live online meditation series for hope and healing. All of our sessions begin with a brief introduction to the purpose and premise of meditation. This is followed by a guided visualization of “throwing away” the recurring images that replay in our mind and cause stress and anxiety. You will learn how to clear and quiet your mind at any time with this simple practice. At the end, there will be time for reflection and discussion to share your experiences and address any questions.
Completely free and all are welcome. RSVP is required for all sessions.

We all know that a mother’s work is never done. Juggling so many different roles throughout the day, from your professional life to your family life, can take its toll on your mind and body. As a mom, you are the backbone of the family and sometimes that means that you put your own needs last. Better Sleep Meditation

So many struggle to “turn off” at night and sleep in a way that is truly restorative. We have designed a special nighttime meditation series to melt away tension and invite a restful night’s sleep. You will be led through a progressive relaxation technique and guided meditation to gently release the thoughts of the day. Naturally, your body and mind will quiet down, allowing for a comfortable, rejuvenating night’s sleep.
